You can modify the template and attach documents pertinent to the project. After all of the parties have signed the final agreement, they will receive a copy by email.

You will need the following information to initiate a contract request in eContract:

Insured:

  • First and last name of the individual administering and executing the contract on behalf of the insured
  • Email address for this individual
  • The full legal business name (i.e., no d/b/a's) of the insured entity that will be entering into the contract with the subcontractor

Subcontractor:

  • First and last name of the individual receiving and signing the contract on behalf of the subcontractor
  • Email address for this individual
